Sound Healing

Sound Healing is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, to improve our multidimensional well-being where all layers of our luminous energy field (body, mind, soul, spirit) are awakened gently and lovingly.

  • Sound healing finds its power when paired with intention (frequency + intention = healing). Your session will be tailored to you accordingly.

  • £65 Per Hour (One to One)

    £40 Per Hour (Group Session)

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

  • We all have an innate ability to self heal, and that by using our life force energy we can restore balance to our lives. I will place my hands lightly on or over specific areas of the body, sending healing energy to relax the mind and body, reduce pain and alleviate stress.

  • £45 Per Hour (One to One)

Day Retreat

Immerse yourself in a day of self-discovery and reconnect with your " divine feminine ". Sacred Sun retreats explore the energy in body & mind healing the whole being . Using ancient healing modalities like Reiki and Sound Therapy. 

Guest practitioners guide you through Restorative Yoga, Pilates and Breath-Work, gently reawakening your energy centres. 

Releasing emotional energy that no longer serves you. Bringing in its place , Sacred self - love.  

  • From 10AM - 4PM

    • Smoothies on arrival

    • Intention setting circle what is, "the divine feminine?"

    • Guided Reiki infused meditation to unblock the charka system

    • Flowing into a gentle Restorative Yoga practice with elements of core building Pilates

    • Lunch is served ... Al fresco if possible

    • Organic vegan / vegetarian poke bowls and a selection of juices

    • Forest walk and woodland circle to include Caco ceremony

    • Oracle cards / journaling your experience

    • Sacred Sun Sound Bath

    • Divine feminine chanting to close the day

    • Final refreshments and departure
